Unfortunately, the pictures look a lot better than what the actual hotel is
Upon checking in, the staff was nice, but it went downhill from there. I entered the room and it was absolutely disgusting. Imagine walking into a room that’s supposed to be clean and finding hair in the sink and a wet bathtub, carpet is disgusting, this is not a good hotel and there’s much better options out there
It’s unfortunate, but I would not recommend

Day bartender was amazing, room service personnel, spa, fitness, and house keeping were top class. Reception is very efficient!!
Sushi and desserts were our favs. We also brought our cat Ziggy who was treated like a prince. Highly recommend for family stays.
